Remember those days where you would have to chase your customers to find out whether they were happy with your quote? Well, those days are over. With the Smart App and Smart Dashboard, whenever you send a quote the customer receives an email with the details.
Send quotes online to reduce disputes
Just go to your lead or customer on the Smart App or Smart Dashboard, and click or tap ‘Add a Quote’. Once you’ve added all the costs the customer will incur, you can send it to them via email straight to their inbox. They will receive an email with an attached PDF of the quote, and they can click the big blue ‘Accept Quote’ button to accept it. You can reduce disagreements this way as customers can’t argue that they didn’t accept the price you quoted.
Wait for a notification
When the customer has accepted your quote, you will get a notification on your Smart App and an email telling you that your quote has been accepted. After that, the lead will convert to an active job and you can raise an invoice and get paid!
Now that you can send paperless quotes and get notified of when they have been accepted, you can spend more time doing work that pays and less time chasing customers.
